
Payroll Reporting Options: Submit your payroll to us in any one of several ways. Calculate your payroll hours, commissions, salaries, tips and any other compensation. Then fax, email, web-enter, or upload/ftp the information to our processing center.
PTO Tracking: Unlike our competitors, HRBenefix does not charge to track paid time off balances (Vacation, Personal, Sick, etc...) and time. Employers may choose to have the balance printed or suppress from showing on the employees pay stub. HRBenefix computer system contains various reports to assist managers or employees on PTO usage, plan details, and balances.
Customized Reporting: Choose from several on-demand, customized reports to suit your accounting needs. HRBenefix makes available to you payroll reports, billing reports, payroll registers, job costing, accruals, certified payroll and more.
Customer Service: Our competitive edge is our Customer Service. You are assigned a Payroll Specialist from day one. Your specialist will handle all of your administrative needs.
Direct Deposit and Payroll Deductions: We offer FREE direct deposit and administer voluntary and court ordered payroll deductions (such as child support payments and IRS garnishments.

Online Access
eStubs
HRBenefix never charges for access to our online suite of self-service modules. Our policy is to give managers and employees access to their data when and how they need it.
We support protecting the environment. Employers offering our direct deposit service may elect to not print paper check stubs. Employees log on to view/print their stub as soon as the payroll batch is processed.
Employers may allow their employees to opt-out of eStub service if they prefer.
